Within the framework of the French Presidency of the European Union (PFUE), and on the occasion of the meeting of the committee of European ministers of education, Lise M., S3FR student and ecodelegate, was able to meet Jean-Michel BLANQUER, French minister of education, and his European counterparts in the reception rooms of the rectorate and the Hôtel de la préfecture. On this occasion, she was able to present the “e3d” project that she is carrying in our school.
The Minister wished to encourage and promote this civic and ecological commitment as an example of concrete and pragmatic action that allows, better than any speech, to raise awareness and educate students on issues of sustainability and the environment.
This action is in line with the action of the School’s teams for the “e3d” programme (our School has been awarded the label): as a reminder, prior to the PFUE, the Strasbourg School had already promoted sustainable commitment during the French presidency of the European Schools (2020/2021) by promoting its approach to the development of the issue of education for a sustainable environment within the SCHOLA network.
